Sarah Gribble

People look at the outside, God looks at the heart. So pretty much, who we are is what matters. Our looks, our things, who we hang around with, who accepts us, and our status in life is irrelevant to God. I strive to be in the shadow of our savior, Jesus Christ. My name is Sarah Gribble and I am the Youth Pastor at OverComers In Christ Ministry. I am 21 years old, and when I was just 7 I accepted Jesus into my heart. I knew what it meant; I understood everything I needed to know to believe that He died on the cross for my sins. I knew that I was a sinner and that through Him, and only through Him could I go to Heaven. I don't have a story about how bad my past was, and how God changed me...but I do have a story; one that is being written with every breath I take. God does change me everyday. I was baptized a year ago, I finally found a church that felt like home, and I wanted to proudly show that I am a Christian. I am a Jesus freak and proud to be. I don't hide who I am or what I believe in. No one is perfect, but we have to always strive to be like Him. If I didn't have Jesus in my life, I'm scared to think of where I'd be. Jesus is not only my Savior, God is not only my Heavenly Father, but he is my best friend.
